I’ve been using Pep Boys for over 30 years and today I had a very unpleasant experience. I got to the store at 1 o’clock today and the gentleman was helping another customer. He said it would be just a couple minutes. Four minutes ended up being around 20 minutes. I finally went to the clerk and asked him if I could get out by 2 o’clock still giving them you know initially one full hour to work on my car and he said no and then I said should I reschedule my appointment he said yes.
