This pep boys was about to close when I showed up, looking rather upset. I've had a horrible last week and my driver's side tires were punctured sometime on my commute home. I explained my situation and they genuinely helped me with compassion and concern. I'm so thankful for them. I'll be back when I need to purchase new tires! (Which thankfully won't be today)
Advice from Mr. Abe & job he performed was wonderful. They did a great job for me.
Tony was so nice on the phone and able to get us in on a Sunday for new brakes when my regular mechanic was closed. Super friendly, informative, and affordable!
I've been working with Luis for years. He's always been upfront and and honest about service that needed immediate attention and service that can wait. Pep Boys will continue to get my service as long as Luis is still there.
