I tried to get a walk-in oil change between 10am-1015 am on Wednesday 7/31. When I arrived, another customer who was waiting to initiate service said no employee had been there for the past five minutes. I waited another five minutes, but no employee showed up or approached us. There was a bunch of workers behind the glass, but none of them could be bothered to check us in.
