I was traveling in the area over the 4th of July weekend-it was hot and humid and my air went out. I was able to get right in with out an appointment. The staff were very helpful, asked great questions, and friendly. They made sure I knew what the problem was and how they could fix it. They kept me updated and repaired the car quickly. We were able to enjoy the rest of the weekend in the area with really cold working air. I would highly recommend.
Today was the second time I have tried to use this place. 1st time they were super nice and did not charge me for a quick tire repair, only to have the tire start leaking again within a few days. I guess the complementary service was free for a reason. Today I had an appointment for my sons car that I picked up all the way in Schaumburg only to get there, walk in and have them tell me they had to cancel, no phone call or text. This is the last chance I will give them
Work was done well, on time, and at a lower price than I expected.
