Had alignment appointment at the shop. Went 5 minutes before and was told need to wait couple of hours as there 2 cars are ahead of me and asked to come later. Did not go again as it was not certain to get confirmed slot.
Crew very accommodating and professional.
Tim provided great communication and great service. He knew I was as in a hurry and got me out of there with 4 new tires in record speed. Will return.
I dropped off my car at noon for an oil change; they said it would be done within an hour and a half. I came back three hours later, and they hadn’t changed the oil. Because of these people, I couldn’t make it to work. Terrible service—this was the first and last time I’ll ever go there.
