Went for an oil change this Sunday and the service person said i also have a issue in my rear axle with oil leaking out and I need to fix it ($1200) and that my tires are old and need to be replaced ($1200) as well. I took it to another place because taking it home I got a replace brake fluid message. The other place said the oil is dirty, axle is ok, tires are ok. In summary, PepBoys lost a customer. Tire repair was done quickly. They called and texted to let me know my car was ready as well as the cause of the leak in my tire.
Service was prompt and price was what I was quoted.
