I got all new wheels and aligned (not a cheap purchase) and car was returned to me with air missing on all tires (20-24psi when it should be 32psi), all wheels where dirty/stained, and the alignment was either not done or done with tire pressure low because once i properly inflated the tire the alignment was off.
Outstanding service.
Even though I was disappointed in the diagnosis for my car (it needed a new alternator), the staff at PepBoys was honest and helpful. I especially appreciated the courteous and professional assistance from Deysi. They got to work and got my car back very quickly.
