purchased 2 tires. I was there for 4 hours for 2 tires! The mechanic was just hanging out in my car. It was such a weird vibe. I asked why he was just sitting in my car having a conversation, I was told he was pulling my car out. He never did! After hanging in my car another 10 minutes he got out butI didn't bring my car out. The lady at the front desk stated one of my lug nut were stripped, but said she wasn't going to charge me for another one, lol. It took them over an hour to get another lug nut.
