This PepBoys offers the finast service anywhere. I have been a customer since 2008. They have taken care of 9 different car/Suv's. I never brought them to the dealer unless a recall. I have always brought my cars to PepBoys. 5STARS! ***** Give them a try and save $$$.
Everything that could go wrong, tried to go wrong. I usually go to PepBoys to have all my car maintenance completed. When attempting to have my alternator changed, the original part I obtained from the AutoZone closer to West Little York Road rendered to me a part which was broken. Jo-Jo at PepBoys called the AutoZone closer to Saums Road off of Fry and Ponzi had the part delivered and exchanged the broken part for a new part of the same caliber. Very nice of him to do so. Got set of 4 tires which they finished when they said they would- in about 1.5 hours. Have always had good service there.
Fernando and his team did a phenomenal job on my 2018 Nissan Frontier last week. I received an oil change but also asked them to replace my serpentine belt because I noticed it was making a noise. They took care of the job. I will definitely be back! My truck is running smoother than ever. Thanks Pep Boys!
