In my case making an appointment was very misleading, no one was even available to work on my vehicle, only 1 tech was working and several vehicles already in front of me. This was for an 8:30am appointment.
Thanks to Roger he made it possible. Had nail in the tire since I have the road hazard on these tires. spoke with Roger on the phone he said bring it in. They are always busy so wait time couldn’t be determined but I was there under 2 hrs. Thank you Roger & the Pep Boy crew. Hopefully you all get the AC fixed in the shop.
