Man! I showed up last minute! They had already closed the garage door and everything and were getting ready to take off, when I showed up with a flat. They were so understanding and friendly. I apologized for being last minute, and they assured me it was OK. I got my tire replaced! These people are just awesomeness. No questions about it. Saheed is the best. Super friendly and understanding. 10/10, definitely recommend
I had to be to work this morning and I currently have a rental from enterprise and I also have a leak in one of the tires so they told me to go to Pep Boys to have them fix the problem so when I called Pep Boys they told me it will be like an hour wait for someone to patch the tire up, but he told me to come and let them patch a look at it so I pulled up within 10 minutes to visit Mr. Saheed Bello at Pep Boys who is the service manager he was really nice and friendly and he was able to get me out of there in less than one ho... read more
Fantastic service from Mimi, Acquanetta, and Aaron. Everyone was helpful, honest, and friendly. They promised my car would be done within the day and they fulfilled that. Was it expensive? Yeah, definitely. Way more than what the dealership quoted me. But the dealership also said it would take more than a week to change an alternator while Pep Boys did it same day with no appointment. You get what you pay for and I'm happy with what I got so far.
Alan had such integrity and honesty assisting me. Great job
