Find another auto service company. Came there for an AC check that was advertised for $9.99. I was told by the employee that it’s pointless and I needed to pay $60+ for a full check. Took them over 4hrs to inspect my car and return it. When I asked the employee for details of their findings, the employee did not want to answer my questions. Hands down the worst tire service ive ever had. First and last time ever using pep boys. Selfie from the tech in the comments apt at 8am for 4 tires. Still not done at 4. p.m. whats the point of making an appointment if they wait until the end of they day to do the work anyhow? Absolutely terrible professionalism. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEHWERE ELSE. Update: low tire light is already on within an hour of new tire installation. How pathetic...

I had to return after an ac recharge. They found the leak and quoted me a fair price. The customer service has been great both times and I will for sure return.
