BEWARE*** came in for a steering wheel/axel issue in may 2024 and they were able to figure it out, order parts and completed it all within less than two days. I'm changing my review after they failed to tell me after they did an initial inspection of my car that there was damage to parts of my car they could've easily made me aware of when they replaced my axel and failed to tell me about in general which jeopardizing the safety of me driving the car. After getting a warning message on my dash showing very very low tire pressure on I75, I exited the freeway and pulled over into the first parking lot and it was Pep Boys! Despite having no appointment, I received fast and friendly service. In addition, we were offered a free water bottle during our wait which was nice. Charles and crew were superb in every way. Thanks for so much.
Charles & Sim were so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Easily the best experience I've had in quite some time. They made time for me when they were already busy and in them being busy educated me on all the thousand questions I had. I can't seem to find the right words to thank you guys enough but to anyone reading this, know whatever the issue is, they'll handle it with no problem at all. Cheers!
Charles was wonderful, as was the mechanic who helped us with our flat tire. Business is clean and welcoming, great service, highly recommend.
