Steer clear away. I paid for a synthetic oil change, which is expensive, and my oil is scheduled to be changed every 5,000 miles. Shortly afterward, the oil light kept coming on every time I made a turn or came to a complete stop. I went back and had them check it. They found no leak, yet my car had almost no oil in it. Yesterday I found out I needed a new tire due to a nail and my specific tire is not made anymore. I called three places this morning at 8. Pep Boys was my last one. They had it in stock and were cheaper than the other ones. Adding to the dilemma, I started work at 9:45. Ron helped me out. Very nice! They had it ready to go by 9:20!! Thank you for such wonderful service. I will definitely come back.
Pep Boys of Troy, MI is fantastic! I called on Saturday morning to see if they had availability to schedule me to replace all 4 tires the same afternoon. Dee got me right into a slot and confirmed the tires I wanted were in stock. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dee was at the counter when I arrived and took care of processing all the paperwork quickly. The waiting area is clean, has comfortable seating, a large TV, a table and chairs.
