Great service and experience.
Called and got great price on 4 tires. Replaced two sensors that were not working. Found out they give a veterans discount after the fact. Asked manager and he told me no. Have another car that needs sensor replaced but will use a different pep boys Great service but just the fact that I was lied to doesn’t sit well with me
Fast service
I was traveling and my cars suspension system was making a terrible popping noise. I called and spoke with Toby and he took me in immediately from the road. He had me back on the road the next morning. Which I was able to be at my destination in time to take my dad for his cataract surgery. Kudos to the entire team for the professionalism that they showed and the timely manner in which they solved my problem. Keep up the great work!
