This Pepboys is by far the best one I've been too. They are so nice, and they actually care about their customers. I highly recommend going to this one in particular.
The dairy ashford will intentionally mess up your car so you can come off more money . I’ve been realizing that for a couple months they go as far as putting you in dangerous situations willing to get you killed out on the road just so they can make some money . It’s sad then they get upset if you turn them down to fix your car . SOME SICK PEOPLE
I love this location! Angel is the best! He really knows how to treat customers. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve also met the manager Rashad once before who was also great. Overall you will receive excellent customer service when you come here!
Not sure when or why this location is closed but I was looking forward to getting my vehicle taken care of at this location when I saw that it was closed. Very unexpected. Rashad, the service manager at this location, was excellent in taking care of the needs of my truck and which is why I returned to this precise location. I hope I get a response as to why this location is closed.
