I had a very disappointing experience at this Pep Boys location. I arrived around 7 AM with a flat tire and had my car towed in. I was initially told by an employee, Brett, that service wouldn’t start until 8 AM because he was the only one there, which I completely understood. However, after waiting, I was informed they didn’t have my tire in stock, causing even more delays. I had requested a tune up recently at this location, and it was performed by the manager at this location by the name of Will. It was done on Saturday. He informed me that he only changed 5 of my 6 spark plugs for that procedure, which shouldn't have been done. After the service, my engine made ticking noises and car was vibrating violently. Our car started overheating during our long drive home to Texas on a Saturday night. Our car started overheating and it turns out our radiator fan broke. Glad we broke down in Atlanta and not in the middle of nowhere. Pep Boys was the only place nearby that was open on a weekend.
