After noticing my tire pressure light come on again and having purchased 4 new tires from a pep boys near my home, I got off the highway and stopped by this location. The staff here was helpful and considerate even though my initial service was at another location. They drew up the cost for a replacement tire and they even put on my spare so I could safely travel on the highway back to my side of town. No pressure just assistance. Thanks to Marcus and the rest of the team.

This shop used to be a favorite in our house until we had to deal with Marcus. William has also been a problem, however he doesn’t seem to work there anymore and at least was a decent enough man to try to rectify issues. This place has become an embarrassment of a mechanic establishment. Horrible communication skills. I ordered tires to the shop, they told me 2-3 days and that they would call when they arrived. I had to call after 7 days of not hearing from them to find out the tires arrived a few days prior. When they went to switch the tires, they didn’t have the correct adapter so I had to wait for them to order new parts, only reason they get a second star. DON'T GO HERE! Dangerous work and overpriced. Had to stop by here a couple months ago as my breaks needed a check. They suggested I replace my breaks, I complied for the front ones. My car has been making a noise since then. Took it to a different pep boys closer to where I live for them to blame it on the breaks that were not yet replaced. Got those replaced by a different mechanic, but the noise is still there. Got the noise checked out by another mechanic. Turns out these guys used the wrong size for the rotors.
