Went to replace my tires at 10:30 AM, they weren’t in stock so they ordered them from another Pep Boys. I waited there since they said it would only be 2 hours to have them delivered and replace them, and I would get 10% off. Two hours passed and I was told that they were delivered to the wrong location. Then they told me they have some on the way and it should be about 45 minutes. Had a horrible time getting authorization for repairs to a vehicle due to issues with rental company. Thanks to the thorough and effective communication with Mr. Will and the fast/efficient work of the other members of the staff on site I was able to get what I needed done. They helped make a tough ordeal move forward more smoothly than it otherwise would have.
Low pressure in one of your tires … we’ve all been there. You fill it up. You go about your day only to come back, and the same tire is losing pressure quickly. It’s something no one wants to go through on a regular day, but when you are on a road trip almost 5 hours away from home and it’s the Fourth of July – it’s something that can ruin the whole trip.
