Great customer service!
Booked an appointment through the online thing to try and save some workload for your writers. Showed up 15 prior to drop the keys and screw off for a bit cause no one wants a waiter. And the guy at the counter said "my appointment had been canceled". The only reason I drove 79 flippen miles today was for that reason. My personal auro shop doesn't have an alignment rack. The now hiring sign on the door says it all. Amatuer hour shop, dont waste the time
Devin and Nate, and I apologize if I got the names wrong, are the real deal. No fluff, no song and dance. Just straight shooters who get it done right. I see a lot of reviews tearing into this location over scheduling or reservations. Nothing I have seen in this shop would make me feel any of these issues are caused in-house and presumably they come from the backend of the reservation system. Really helpful and friendly staff. I was stranded with a broken shift linkage and they had me in and out as quickly as possible.
