Friendly and professional
First they said the appointment system online didn't work changed me from Friday at noon to Monday at 2PM and now it was cancelled and now they cannot fit me in,
I just had the same experience as the last reviewer. I made an appointment online for a transmission service. I live 1.5 hours north at the Grand Canyon. The last communication I received was an appointment reminder the day before. I showed up a few minutes early, only to be told that “we tried to call you multiple times yesterday. I scheduled a 9:00 AM AC repair at the Flagstaff Pep Boys through their website and got a confirmation. I showed up on time, only to be told my appointment wasn’t valid and they were booked out for days. They did call and leave a voicemail 30 minutes before, but I didn’t see it in time.
