Made an appointment for 4:00pm on Friday the 15th. When i got there the service advisor was rude and told me the tech was about to leave and that I should've called before making the appointment. there were multiple available time slots for that day after 4pm. while I was waiting a tech, I'm assuming the way he was standing there, was talking to the service advisor, was curing up a storm using strong profanity.
