My car battery needed to be replaced last minute on the 4th of July and Rick at this Pep Boys was so friendly and helpful! I’d gone to AutoZone but they said that my car make and model was too complicated for them to replace the battery there, so they suggest the pep boys next door. I called and Rick answered, letting me know they were open and he told me they had time to change it right then. He also gave me the total cost up front, which I so appreciated! Was a walk in customer for an oil change and the managers Will and Zakar were professional, friendly, and worked me into their schedule seamlessly. Will was knowledgeable and honest about service expectations, cost, and time. Zakar completed my oil change, managing multiple tasks while providing quality service and professionalism.
