2 hours waiting for an oil change! This is insane! Really bad services! I got my appointment at 3pm! The staff are completely ineffective and inefficient, constantly making excuses and speaking ill of me. I'm constantly on the lookout for them. The service is terrible, the staff is very poorly trained, and I don't believe these are the values, services, or purpose of this company, especially when for $15 more elsewhere you can get a service in no more than 15 minutes. I got a flat and needed replacement tire ASAP. Called and was quoted a higher priced tire based on stock. When we arrived the rep found a less expensive tire in stock for us. He also asked about our military discount which we had forgot to mention!
main location and customer service level is a mixed level. they get suddenly unfriendly with the attitude when you decline any recommendations that you dont want to get it done at the moment. such attitude does not reflect the usual Pep boys standards. rates are reasonable compared to other places though. online booking is challenging sometimes and very hard to reach them over the phone as well most of the times.
I had my battery replaced. My car was towed to this location the night befor. I got there the following morning and requested a replacement. I was told the process will be acount 45 minutes but actually it was done in 25 minutes.The work performed on my vehicle was timely and punctual. Jeffrey Spence was outstanding.
