Been coming here with my wife for a year, and we always leave the happiest. Definitely the best place out there. Mark is always taking really good care of us. 10/10
Mark was very helpful from the start. Went in and he has the best customer service, hes very informative and knowledgeable. He told me the things that I needed to have my car running smoothly and explained why it needed to be done and how it happend. Not Like most places, just telling you a price and you not really understand how it happens and why it would be better for the long haul. I definitely trust this place with my car. Went here at 5:56pm, Saturday, because I got my oil changed 2 days ago and now my car is leaking oil. Online says they close at 7pm. ???????
Mark at Pep Boys was extremely helpful. He took the time to troubleshoot a couple of codes on my car and clearly explained what was going on. He also helped facilitate a smooth oil change and went above and beyond, from highlighting future issues to keep an eye on as well as suggested best practices in the meantime. Professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. I look forward to coming back!
