Pep Boys had the tires I wanted so I bought from them although they are a 45 minute drive away. The tires were installed and the bill said and charged me for new valve stems. My old tires and valve stems were 11 years old and needed to be replaced due to age and in fact a valve stem had dry rotted causing a dangerous leak. The next day, I checked the tires for air pressure and they were significantly under inflated. Worse than that, Pep Boys failed to change out the old dry rotting valve stems. Oil change was done right and service was great
Finally have access to my Google account and finally write my scathing review of this place. In May, I was exciting CVS when I hit a really bad pot hole. Immediately my battery light came on. After hearing high praise from Pepboys, I decided to take my car there. While there I asked for an oil change and tire alignment and balance.
