My experience was good and they were able to help me with replacing news tires on my SUV
Dropped my wife’s car off a couple of weeks ago for two new tires. Received a call a couple of hours later saying that when they removed one of the tires from the rim they heard something rattling inside the tire and found the tire pressure sensor rolling around inside the tire. Keep in mind that there were no tire pressure notifications on the dash when I dropped the car off which would have been the case had it been broken prior to dropping the car off.
