I purchased Cooper tires for my truck with free rotation and balance. Stopped in several times but they can never do the rotation due to being short on help. I’ve taken my truck to other places and paid them for the service that I paid Pep Boys for. The manager is never concerned and a smart ass. I will never buy tires there again.

I brought in a differential mount from my Mazda RX-7 to have new bushings pressed in, and the team at Pep Boys knocked it out. Press work was spot-on, turnaround was very quick, and the price was more than fair. Hard to find that combo, really solid experience
My vehicle got serviced on time. I hope they will keep it up.
