I really have fought a few weeks with whether or not I would write a review. I visited during the tire special. Scheduled online. Called the day before to make sure they’ll be prepared. Arrived about 15 mins early for my appointment. A 2 hour job max to change tires and balance them was a 5 hour job and I sat there for every minute in my third trimester and with a toddler. I took my suv to PepBoys today after experience a screech/rubbing noise when braking. The team took my concerns seriously. I dropped my car off for a brake inspection. They called me about an hour later to let me know the diagnosis. Wesley was helping me and he just joined the team 3 days ago. It felt great to get good information and to not be taken advantage because I’m a woman. I called around for comps and PepBoys was able to match when I was offered.
