I had a great experience with Pep Boys. I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment and got in right away and they had the tires on and out the door and very good timing. Thanks for the really great service.
quick and friendly.. (this was last year) went in today and absolutely horrible customer service this time. dont know what changed. its sad
Amazing people who helped me out in a pinch. Had a nail in my tire and they patched it up no issues. They also rotated and aligned my wheels with the lifetime service I have on my vehicle. Only snag we ran into was that I had bought the service out of state which should show and transfer into the nationwide systems but we figured it out. Highly recommend these people!
Jorge Brandon did an excellent job, stayed after hours, and was kind while fixing my car. I recommend him for your next car service.
