My truck broke down near a Pep Boys. The manager, Patrick, could not have been more helpful and understanding. As the truck is older, the part had to be sourced. The truck was repaired and is back in working order. Thank you Patrick for making a traumatic time that much easier with your great customer service and mechanical expertise.
Cheaper than the dealership. Same service. A hella lot easier to manage with your schedule. Not sure if they fill up windshield washer fluid cause I ran out the next week. But overall great price. Great job. Convenience is a priority with work these days
Tools required to complete my brake lines bleeding wasn't available. Other than that , the Guys were great.

Their customer service is the best I’m seen. They take the time and explain what needs to be done and how long it will take. Work was completed before promised. Patrick is the nicest and friendliest and best customer service. Definitely will be back. Thank you
