I had appointment for a flat tire. Because of wear I was told I needed 4 new tires which I agreed to. 4 hours later I was told that they didn’t have the key to remove my tires. 4 hours later!!!
Awful. Took forever for service, nearly 4 hours despite having a reservation ahead of time.
Ivonne was amazing! They got me in and out without a single issue. I will be returning!
