They were fast got me in and out
Unfortunately after 6 yrs of going to Pep Boys on Grand in Chicago. So sad they are definitely losing their touch. My appt was 10:30am was seen 12:30pm, then a call to pick up car 4:20pm. And it doesn't stop there. I went in due to a noise and tire maintenance light went on. I was told it was a ball joint that needed to be fix. Ok, let's fix it. How unfortunated when I pick up my car the tire maintenance light and the noise still present. Why would they do such a thing.
I've always had great service when there is a n issue with my car, the technician explains the problem clearly.
Called last min didn't have appt they were good with CS but then two things happened...1 I went in for air conditioning blowing warm air, I have never put refrigerant. Gentlemen on the phone Alex quoted me ac / leak test $58 buck and recharge from $120 to 150..I said great, on a budget plus tax to me was doable. Get there do the test no leak so they do the recharge..says since it was empty they charged 197.48 for just the recharge... But then I go to pay and they tack on a $25 charge for misc shop supplies.
