My experience was with Alex and the mechanic's name is Hiram. I came in without an appointment. I came from a different location that did not have the tires and would have overcharged me close to 200 dollars. The work was done at a good pace and I believe that it was a good job. I bought 4 tires, 4 tpms, and an alignment. Driving back, car felt really good. Could be the Michelin defender 2s, but also the alignment.
