I have several cars, I autocross for hobby and work on them often. I took .y daily drive in for an oil change. Afterwards, I was called and told I needed new tires and another repair over $1,500 which needed to be addressed immediately! My 8 month old tires didn't need changed, and later confirmed there were no issues they claimed. They aren't the first and won't be the last sho to do this. I'll send my wife, family, and friends to one of the other dozen shops around instead. And maybe you should go somewhere else too.
Fast and Friendly service. Walked in and had my new battery within less than 30 minutes
I got a flat tire while I was driving. Luckily, the Pep Boys was about to walk away and 45 minutes from closing. I went in and Alex to service manager was so compassionate and understanding of my situation. They took me right away and patched up my tire. I highly recommend this location. The staff is amazing.
