Came in for an oil change, which ended up taking over 2 hours. Besides that, the older guy at the counter barely said anything to us. We also had to move our car to the back parking lot ourselves. When a different lady came in, he was being overly friendly with her, gave her advice, etc. She didn’t have to move her car to the back herself either, as a worker did it for her. Call pep boy on June 25 inquiring about a transmission flush and if they can provide the service. They quoted me $199 . I made appointment today and went to the facility 4pm . upon arrival to the facility I was told we don't provide that service I then told them I called previously and they then said we don't have the fluid. I'm very disappointed on the refusal of service and pep boys . I don't know if they didn't want to the work or job was to complicated . I'll never shop there again

Horrible. I made an appointment 4 days in advance but when I came they couldn't help. For air conditioning. A basic. No calls from them to cancel. Even when I arrived, the guy at the desk doesn't tell anything, but tells me to park my car in the back. A mechanic comes out to tell me. They knew the day before they RAN OUT OF REFRIGERANT but didn't contact anyone.
