I appreciated the honesty of Dominic and his ability to explain details that were understandable. He took the time to answer questions. Tom made sure my closure was complete. The atmosphere was comfortable while waiting. To be certain my bill was fairly priced, I compared it with one I had over a year ago and also asked a friend who fixed his own car. Not all Pep Boys are the same, but this store was exceptional. Highly recommended.

I have been to this location multiple times. The manager Geno, all he cares about is sales. You need more people like Tom, people that are trustworthy, and you believe them when they tell you what you need and don't need to be dishonest just to make a sale. A few years ago I called to make an appointment for my car and the guy over the phone told me the part was $150 more than what the dealer would charge.
