Called around to many places after work for a battery replacement & battery needed to be programmed. No one would do it but Pep Boys! Great service from when I first called until I left! So helpful, friendly & accommodating when I was in a pinch with a dead battery!

Amazing, fair, and sincerely helpful professional automotive guys work here. A week ago, my poor Mazda baby decided to eat my timing belt along a nearby highway. I coordinated a tow and service through my roadside insurance. They connected me to this Eatontown Pep-boys, gem of a shop. I see why my insurance company brought me there. They shared updates via call, texted video and pictures of the damage and kept me informed of pricing along the way. I got in, found what I needed with a little help from a very customer-focused employee, and got out quickly. That, along with a very reasonable price, is all I could ask for from an auto parts store.
I thank tom for his help. He was down a man , but was still able to get my oil change , it was estimated to be an ar least 1.5- 2 hour time. But tom got me in , asked a staff member to work thru lunc, which he did, i was out with 1 hour.
