Went to the Pep Boys in Eatontown dropped my car off late on a Friday night no appointment Saturday morning first thing they called me up went over all the details they said it would be done by 7pm talk to them around 5:30 say they had to order parts was not expecting to be done on Saturday night to my surprise they called me at 8:30 stateing my car was done I was like you close at 7:00 they were like we know we know that you need your car so we stayed until the job was done that was the most exceptional service I've ever ha... read more

I was charged for a pep guard service contract that I didn't ask for or was told about. And an additional 10 dollars for shop fee that I also wasn't told about.
Service was as expected and team worked on the best available price. I do wish I had more timely updates but ultimately when I said I needed it they got my car done.
