They take the time to listen to your needs and make sure they understand what you need done! Gee and Chauncey are exceptional at the front desk while their mechanics are fast and efficient!!!
Despite a week and a half, including a week of my vacation, the repair was not completed. The issue was ultimately identified as a factory defect requiring sensor resoldering. Upon realizing the repair was more extensive after replacing two parts that did not resolve the AC issue, they were transparent, did not charge for the previous work, and maintained a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the process.
