We had to do an emergency visit and the manager was super professional and made an exception for our problem that we had with our tire. Took care of everything in under 15min! Tell amazing customer service
Went in for an oil change first thing in the morning. It took WAAAAAY longer than it should have. I understand that sometimes places are short staffed, and things happen, so I tried really hard to be patient, but I'm pretty certain my face told a different story. Anyway, without me complaining to the store, they acknowledged that it was bad service and they made it right. Well done owning the issue Pep Boys.
