One word, expensive. I wanted a simple tire rotation, multiple point inspection, and take a look at my underbody cover. Was going to be $100 for the tire rotation, $75 for the inspection, and if they had to do any work aside from pulling part of the cover off it was going to be $35. For the underbody, I knew it just needed to be cut off, had it done before so it there was going to be no cost there. As for the inspection, considering its 120 point inspection I was okay with $75. I used to like Pep boys when it first opened, however the staff & mechanics they have there now are RUDE, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, SHADY & DECEITFUL! This place should be closed down!!
