Great Staff, But Disappointing Service Value I want to start by saying the customer service was genuinely pleasant—everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. That said, paying $114 for a full synthetic oil change felt excessive, especially when other places charge around $89.99 and include topping off fluids like windshield washer and brake fluid.
