Came here because my car was leaking oil. I told the manager I had checked it prior to coming here and it looked like it was coming from the oil pan area. I waited 3 hours for my car to be inspected. Afterwards the manager said my valve cover was cracked. I told him to rev the engine because that’s when you can see it leaking from the bottom not the top. I recently had this Pep Boys branch repair an issue I had with my front left steering column (which had completely broken off). I brought it in late in the day and they had it done in a few hours and gave me a great price on it. Ramik, the manager, was friendly, helpful and pleasant, and I'm very happy with the service I got and would definitely go there again, especially since it's so close to my house.
Went in for a fleet maintenance service and received a professional level of service. The team are very efficient on what they do. They will give their honest opinion and give you options to choose from to cater to your needs. Friendly staff.
