Extremely disappointing. Richard was extremely rude and insulting. I was extremely patient and requests to check my vehicle but probably, because he was already in exchange of argument with another customer when I walked in, he refused and behaved in a very ill-mannered way. I’d never set a foot in this particular pep boys.
