I have been going to them frequently to help me with my 2017 Buick enclave, as a young person that puts a lot of time and effort into my car, I'm so happy they are willing to give me real advice on how I should handle maintenance on my car, I Will be going again soon.
Came in for a 2nd opinion regarding AC not cooling that a previous place I took it that said needed a new compressor. Albert and Ivan at Pep Boys Snellville took good care of me and issue was resolved by just putting in refrigerant.
Left my car with these folks just for them to have my car for a month straight and half do the job… had to bring the car back 2 days in a row after picking the car up from them coolant hose wasn’t even put on correctly nor did they they initial job right smh

I had an amazing experience working with Ronnie and another staff member(forgive me, I couldn't check your name) who evaluated my flat tire outside with me this afternoon. They truly cared about making the process professionly and friendly. Other issues that I didn't aware of were brought to my attention as well and everthing has been well taken care of.
