I took my silver Honda Civic in to Pep Boys today to get my back right tire fixed. I was met with kindness, professionalism and efficiency. I will definitely go back when its time to replace the remaining 3 tires. Thank you Pep Boys!!!!
Honestly, I normally don't even post negative reviews, I just leave and never go back. But honestly I can't even be nice or polite about it anymore. On 4/17, I took my car to Pep boys because the check engine light popped on, and the oil light was blinking. I also presented that I wanted to get my power steering hose/fluid looked at because the noise was already an issue, but wanted to get it fixed. They told me that the power steering hose needed to be replaced, and also the spark plugs because the oil leak had damaged them... read more
I came in with issues with my tire/rim. I was fully expecting to need to replace one or both of them, but I in fact didn’t need to. They fixed it up, very polite/professional!
Waited over two and an half hours after my car was pulled into the garage for an oil change. A OIL CHANGE! Watched the service member working on my car yap for 30 minutes and take several seats through out the 2 and half out wait
