My car broke down at 4 pm Thursday,as I was driving to the Nissan dealership. But I was able to glide into the Pep Boys parking lot. Boy am I glad I did. I needed a new alternator. When the new part arrived, and they went to install it, unfortunately there was a second part that also needed to be repaired. I had to work all day the next day. This will be my new go-to oil change and maintenance spot. They did the job as they were supposed to and that's what counts. They were super backed up when I dropped my vehicle off with them but a quick UBER ride home was no big deal. I got a phone call when it was ready and headed back over. Prices are reasonable too!
Tony fixed my A/C on my Jeep and checked on everything for me at the beginning of the summer and I am soooo happy he did because it has been so hot. I highly recommend asking for Tony at this location he is amazing at what he does! He's very informative and will try to explain what's going on so we understand it which is so helpful. Thank you Tony!!

I got the manager named John and he was awesome! I got new tires, an alignment and an oil change. The price was better than every where else I called. Great customer service!
