The manager, "Natalie", at store 1561 was very nice and considerate. The machine to balance tires was not working properly. They could only balance three (3) of my tires. I was sent to store 101 in Snellville and told to ask for Steve. I did so and he was useless. After waiting at store 1561 and having all my tires but one balanced and rotated and my brakes inspected I was left with 1 tire that needed to be balanced. This would have taken about 5 minutes. Had a great experience at Pep Boys. I called ahead and spoke with John about replacing a tire sensor. He was super friendly on the phone and answered all my questions. When I got there, Arash greeted me right away, got my information, and got everything checked in. The repair took about 2 hours, but all the bays were full so that was completely understandable.
