Tyler and Frankie were OUTSTANDING and very helpful. This just might have now become my "favorite" PepBoys store.
Specifically asked about price matching a local competitor for inspection and was told they would but they tried to not honor that when I got there. I would have chosen a different location if that was the case and more than likely won’t go back. They should have told me they weren’t going to honor the discount “BEFORE” they did the inspection.
