They charged me for things I didn't need, didn't do something I asked them to do and after 2 visits, my engine light is still on. I had to bring somewhere else and they said plugs were hanging and not even connected. Do not go here!
Good experience was in and out in a half hour for tire repair
Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires in Verona took care of me on short notice! I got a nail in my tire on my way home from work, called them and they fixed it right away! I got excellent service! I recommend them to anyone who needs work on their car! They are the BEST!! Thank you, so much!!!
Sorry, but I don't want to recommend this place. It looks like they try to do their every effort to find out any minor problem and scare customers to repair it. They also replace parts with unnecessarily expensive parts even for used vehicle. Maybe they consider it as business, but I don't see much difference from scam unfortunately. People who are not much knowledgeable about the vehicle could become easy prey in here. I mean I feel obligated to write this down for innocent people in my neighbor.
