My kiddo picked up a nail somewhere around UNG and we live in Texas so we were thankful Pep Boys had the size tire she needed and performed the work. It was a good experience; two new tires, fair price, good service.
Another great experience here. Jason is always upfront on what to expect, fair pricing on tires, and communicates clearly. My go to place for car services. Another plus in my opinion, is both he and his staff speak to everyone very respectfully and not condescending when asking questions about cars or pricing.
Dirty, poorly run and dont speak nice to there employees. A lot of yelling and the bathroom was Disgusting!!
Noticed some negative comments regarding this service center and feel compelled to share...some customers simply can't be satisfied. Especialy concerning repair services. Unless you yourself are a repair specialist you have to put your faith into the technicians ability.An auto mechanic has a very limited relationship with your car,one that is focused on errors and inefficiencies. Recently got a huge nail in my tire on a Saturday afternoon. Every tire place was super packed! I spoke with Jason and he was extremely informative and gave me the straight facts, which I appreciated while being extremely professional yet friendly when answering all my questions. I was not quite ready to purchase 4 new tire (I knew they were wearing down and it would be soon) but given the circumstances, I felt confident in my purchase and had a very positive experience.
