Went to the pep boys for an oil change and new tires and brakes, they were great! They told me I didn’t actually need new brakes and were super nice! They could have ripped me off by just doing them anyway but they didn’t. I really appreciated that. My tires and oil change were done so fast too!
I have service my car with PepBoys for a while using my paid maintenance plan. I never encounter issues with locations in Kirkland and Woodinville. I have my car service in Kent location since I have moved area. The service desk rep was not pleased that I presented my coupon. Vocally expressing frustration to me that I didn’t tell him that I have a coupon (he informed me need to call to get approval for first get the work done) While I made the appointment via phone.
