Came in for a tire change was fast and easy around 1 hour wait
I took my truck to a local dealership for brake issues that should’ve been covered under warranty since it’s a new truck with only 25k miles. The dealership told me my rotors were warped and quoted me $1,300 just to replace the front brakes, claiming it wasn’t covered because it’s a “wear and tear” item. I immediately declined and called around for other quotes. Pep Boys quoted me a great price—way better than the dealership’s ridiculous quote—and they did an excellent job.
