❗️Terrible Terrible Terrible❗️ I booked an online appointment for October 16 at 4:30 PM and included detailed notes about what was missing and what needed to be fixed. I arrived at the Destin location around 4:10 PM. The associate at the register told me the technician had left around 4:00 PM, and that the online system can still accept appointments even when no technician is available.
