The plastic splash guard under my daughter’s car was partially ripped down after she drove over something parking her car up in Gainesville. She took it to a Tires Plus up there who attempted to fix it, but it fell down again when she drove home. We took it in to be repaired here locally, and Rich and Bob at Pep Boys in Palm Harbor quickly took care of it for her despite us not having an appointment. Recently I had to do an oil change and I chose Pep Boys in Palm Harbor on 19. The service was great and this was probably the fastest oil change I have received which then let me get back on the road in no time! I really do appreciate this service and highly recommend them! My only negative was that the waiting area is super small and very dirty. It needs a woman’s touch 😊 But overall, great service! Thank you! 🙏🏻 😊
They have the best people so professional and always explain everything. Bob is a fantastic manager and the new assistant Rich was a great add. North Palm Harbor store is the best one.
Excellent, friendly customer service and at least a small area to sit inside and wait if you have to.
