My alternator went bad while on vacation in Florida. So my roadside assistance asked where to tow my car, I didn’t know any of the garages nearby except for Pep boys. When I arrived there I was greeted by Rich. He is a very nice man. He was very accommodating. So after he diagnosed the problem, he said his master mechanic would be in tomorrow morning. the service at this specific pep boys was astronomical. Rich specifically when above and beyond for my family while we were on vacation. we thank you very much rich, for not only helping us while we were basically stranded. but for making sure we were taken care of to the fullest extent in his power
I got new tires. Friendly, fast service
I went in to possibly buy four new tires, but when I stepped into the waiting room, I was bombarded with political propaganda. Not good Pep Boys, not good. I took my business elsewhere.
