I had several services done at this location in the past. The last time I went here was because of a mistake made by the Pep Boys Federal Way location during an oil change which caused my car to slowly leak oil/ Chad the manager was awesome and took care of me right away and pushed me to the front of the line in order to correct the mistake and was extremely friendly and helpful.
