I tried. I really did. I came here to have some upper control arms installed on my vehicle and I ended up not having them installed because of a manufacturing defect discovered by the technicians. I was billed the full amount of the estimate $331 in labor for them to put the old parts back on (the passenger arm) after the manufacturing defect was discovered. Brought the vehicle back a third time this month. First time, the vehicle obviously needed brakes. Problem was Pepboys striped the wheel lock key, broke a stem, but replaced the stem and several lug nuts for free. They said we needed a caliper as well which I’m sure we did. Second trip- dash lights lit up like a Christmas tree. Driving away from the shop and the truck shakes and shimmies. ABS light on. Traction control light on. caliper they installed froze.
