Made an appointment online to install new tires, super easy. I showed up and they took me right in. Prompt, courtesy and professional.
First, the quote I received when I made appointment and purchased tires and service was not what I ended up paying. I paid more. Second, I was there slightly before my appointment time and I was not seen until over an hour later. That second part had more to do with nuisance customers, but I do feel they can put a system in place to make it quicker. I worked with Kevin and he was really great with servicing my car and gave me great advice on what I needed and explained everything with great detail. Truly enjoyed the experience!
