I had a great experience at this Pep Boys location today. My engine splash shield was partially broken and hanging, and with the freezing weather it wasn’t something I could safely fix myself. Kevin was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the car in right away, put it on the lift, and removed the loose splash shield quickly and cleanly. Do NOT TRUST your car to this store or even any Pep Boys store! I purchased installation for $120 for new set of tires on my car, but after I left the shop the whole car was vibrating and pulling to one side at speeds above 40 mph. Clearly a balancing issue, I looked over each tire and saw way too much weight on each of them!
