Excellent customer service! I needed a set of tires and was able to get in same day and had quick service! Definitely will continue to go here for all of my future tires.
I am extremely disappointed with the service here. I scheduled an appointment just to get new tires put on my car. Despite having an appointment, my vehicle has been sitting on the lift for over two hours now and the job is still not finished. Having an appointment should mean efficient service, but instead, I've spent hours waiting around for a routine tire installation. I would not recommend coming here if you expect a timely turnaround.
Extremely rude customer service
Originally I was dropping off but ended up staying. My appointment was at 7:00am. The work was done and I was on my way at 8:33. Very nice people.
