I had a ruptured tire on my farm in tenn Sunday afternoon and called them being the closest and one of the only places open. They told me to make it by 430 and they would help all they could. Made it on time. Come to find out I caught a nail in my spare tire. Instead of just putting me on the road they worked with me on getting me a decent tire to match my tires already on my truck. Manager Steve works hard to satisfy his Customer with limit payroll but still produces at a high level. Tech Mark always is the main go to get things done at a very high level for years at Pepboys in Athens, Alabama!!
Poor customer service.
Had my vehicle towed there for an inspection due to overheating and oil loss. They said it would be roughly $620 for everything over the phone. When I arrived the person at the counter was very unprofessional and was on the phone while try to attend to me, which is not proper at all. They charged $110 for just an inspection. I took it over to express right next door, they had it wrapped up and fixed within 3 hours of dropping it off for $200 including the inspection.
