Rolled in with a flat tire. They got me in, patched the tire, and even changed a brake light that was out..all within an hour.
First, let me start by saying I Run a business that operates by appointment. We were told our appointment was at 10 AM and after arriving we waited two hours for the technicians to tell us they did not have our size tire in stock. This is completely unacceptable. I asked the manager why it took them two hours to tell us they did not have the materials needed to do the job (Because that's the first step to doing any job in life) And she said their computer system has been messed up for a while.
