Went to Pep Boys recently and had a great experience. They took care of me and my vehicle when I brought it in for some minor maintenance work. All of the workers were friendly and helpful when I asked questions. I felt that they were trustworthy and had reasonable prices. This is going to be my auto shop while I am living in Glenside.
Mike who I assume is in some sort of management has always been downright rude to me and other customers. I used to go to this location for all of my service and deal with the rude behavior from him and the other assistant manager, but then took my business elsewhere when they kept complaining about my bike rack on my car.
