Called them and they said they could take my o2 sensor out but won’t put the one I already bought in the car, wanted to put in their own which is expensive and I don’t trust to be the right one cause I have a very unique car. Beyond expectations. Great guys-great service-great price. I'll be back. 2nd service. . same as the first. Love these guys 3rd and 4th service same as the first. Well, they just dropped down a notch on my last visit. Advance appointment made to check low tire. Showed up on time and sat for 2 1/2 hours with no mention of delays. Was told that an appointment only means nothing in real time.
Had a 9 am appointment on 8 9 25 got up early on my off. Day delivered it an hour away to pet boys on Monday evening day. No one still has not looked at my truck. The thing that I asked them to look at, they have not looked at right? But they looked at everything else. He told me what I was wrong with steering. What was wrong with this? What was wrong with my steering wheel? And I didn't ask any of that, I just asked for him to fix the motor they're having a difficult time right now.It seems
On 8/7/25, I—a disabled veteran—was humiliated, disrespected, and discriminated against by the employees at Pep Boys #1527. What should have been a simple service appointment turned into one of the most degrading experiences of my life.
