I dropped off a tire to be patched, the next morning they called and said they couldn’t repair the tire cause it was to close to the sidewall? My tire was a 80,000 mile newer tire. They wanted to sell me a new tire, and I suppose they would patch and sell as used!!! Scammers, so I went a block away to ( Deluxe tire and brakes) another tire shop and they patched and I was on my way within 30minutes for 35.00. I had a terrible experience at the Crestview Pep Boys. I scheduled an alignment for 5:30 PM after the call center told me the store was open until 7:00 and had plenty of appointment times. I rearranged my work schedule to make it happen. The next day, I was told the alignment tech doesn’t work past 5:00 and I’d need to come earlier. I moved clients around to get there at 12:45 PM, only to be told another car was already on the rack and I’d need to drop mine off (which I could not do).
