DO NOT GO HERE ! Staff is extremely rude especially JAY ! He was so mean and hateful towards my mother and I. We wanted to have a simple tire rotation and balance and we had the warranty. Don’t you know that Jay LITERALLY threw us out the store and told us not to come back. We had to stand there in confusion for a second. Sir, if you can’t provide a service just say that. Anyways, never again like I said JAY was extremely disrespectful. I like the Columbus one better they have human decency.
Went in for a oil change. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and offered addition services i needed. They showed me the work and testing in person and sent the data to my phone. This allowed me to decide if I wanted the additional work. I love my Van and want it to stay in great shape. Thank you team. I highly recommend the professionals at Pep Boys in Lagrange, GA. 👍
