We had a nail in our tire while on vacation and went to this location to get the tire plugged. We were denied a plug and instead we had to buy two new tires. The tires were not balanced correctly and it cost us an additional $80 on top of the almost $400 dollars we had to pay for two tires and an installation because the job wasn’t done correctly the first time.
9 months ago we purchased road side hazard for all 4 of my tires for $140. When we went to get our tire fixed they said we did not have road side hazard. Even after we told them (Ashley the manager) several times and they searched our account, they said we did not have the hazard protection and charged us over $320 for a new tire. Eventually they were able to find the invoice (which was the most recent invoice on the account) after we paid, they told us we did have road side hazard but they are unable to refund us the money ... read more
