Nice, Competent, and efficient.
Great experience here last week when I had a flat tire leaving work. Jeremy and Daniel were able to work me in quickly while I waited for the repair. Very thankful for their kindness!
The service advisor was friendly, but the car service was poor. The website had inaccurate information about which appointment times were available, so we booked on top of someone else. It also said the tires we wanted were available that day, but they weren’t. The service wasn’t any better. When the tires were put on, they were not balanced correctly, so we had to have them redone. They also said they would let us know when the vehicle was ready, but they did not.
I would like to thank Daniel and Jeremy for the information they relay per their technicians. They make it easy to understand. Having your car diagnosed is like trying to have a doctor figure out what’s going on with you. You share your vehicles symptoms, they get lab results, and they come up with a treatment plan. Sometimes it’s a starting point, sometimes it’s an immediate repair. One thing is for sure. They give you their all.
After rediscovering Pep Boys earlier this year I needed an AC diagnosis on my vehicle. The diagnosis was an issue with intercommunication of the myriads of micro-computers in the vehicle. Intermittent issues are extremely difficult to track down unless/until there is a hard failure as doing so can cost several hours of labor. Thankfully this simple diagnosis was under $20 compared to a dealer's $150. I plan to continue to use Pep Boys again and again for my auto services.
