I needed a Pennzoil full synthetic oil change for my BMW hardtop convertible, so I made an online appointment. This is my 3rd synthetic oil change at this Pep Boys location. I showed up on time, but was told there would be a 2-3 hour wait, because of a corporate computer software error causing triple booking. That became apparent, as I stood in line with two other gentlemen, who also had 11am appointments, on this Saturday morning.
