I WALKED OUT! TLDR: Ron is inexcusably rude, and apparently well-known amongst other Pep Boys locations to be notoriously terrible towards customers. — UPDATE 1: You’ll see Pep Boys commented on this review asking me to reach out with my contact information, which I did on 7/26/25. Manger was no help. Yelled at me because they didn’t have my tire that I had ordered. Jerry was no help and started giving me attitude too. Never coming back to this place they call a business
