Very professional, timely, and corteous. These folks get better and better with overall c u stomer satisfaction. They explain everything and are punctual and courteous. My experience on 3/25/25 with Pep Boys continued to be excellent. I had my tires replaced, my two rear breaks replaced, oil change, and some other minor items. Everything was explained to me with amount to take care of all repairs. I brought the vehicle in at 800 am and took my repaired vehicle at 200pm. I am very satisfied with total experience.

We had an excellent experience at Pep Boys on Kirk Road in Aurora, IL. After we initially canceled our appointment, they accommodated us to quickly reschedule it at the last minute. They worked us into a busy schedule and still had our work completed within 90 min. Not only were they accommodating and efficient, they also were thorough in their work. Drew was so helpful to communicate clearly what was happening with the vehicle and provided valuable advice on maintaining the vehicle.
