Such quick and friendly service John Fisher helped me my car broke town and was towed to their shop they were able to find the issue and fix it so freakishly fast !!! But the good old fashioned customer service is what made my car break down not stressful at all.
I’ll start by saying that the website said that they were $20 less for an inspection than what the guy was gonna charge me when I went into the store. The employee that checked me in acted like he would rather be anywhere else except in that office with me. Then he failed my car and low and behold, I went somewhere else and it passed. So you might not wanna go to this particular Pep Boys for any kind of an inspection because the guy doesn’t know what he’s doing and he’s rude and I think he was trying to rip me off..
Top-quality service every single time. Everything felt smooth and effortless.
Just an overall great experience, they always take care of us there I never feel pressured and my My car is always better for having been there
