Do not bring your car here. They were cracking jokes and playing around it could be this or that - making me come back multiple times and I explained the issue in detail each time to Jon and how it was getting progressively worse. So Today I took my car to another local mechanic and told them what was going on and within 2 hours I had answers to what the actual problem is. Went to Pep Boys for the first time to have them check out a used car I bought (I was stressed about potential mechanical issues). My entire experience was shockingly enjoyable - they are all so genuinely nice and helpful. Sammy was informative while scheduling the appointment, Jon coordinated everything like a pit crew pro (great guy!), and David, the tech magician, handled my car with skill (and listened patiently to my concerns). It literally could not have been better…10/10!
