Extremely professional and knowledgeable
Got my repairs done quicker than I expected, for less than I expected. John was an excellent communicator and a joy to talk to.
Great experience with Sammy! I originally came in for breaks thinking I needed them done. He could have did them and took my money but he found the real issue which was more serious and a lot cheaper and he sent me the estimate with images, which was perfect! Most car places don’t show you anything they just say what it is and expect you to believe them. I am always going to come back here from now on, they take care of my vehicle and don’t try and swindle me out of money. They are the only place touching my car!
Management has changed at this location (not for the better). I had lots of good service here in the past, but the last two visits were not so good with the last one being very poor. Didn't fix the problem I brought the vehicle in for, very poor communication, excessive delays in their attempted repair, damaged my vehicle during repair which further delayed things for secondary repair. Probably won't be back.
Assistant manager Sammy and mechanic David at the Henderson location took care of my brake issues like a smooth running machine of teamwork
