After work, I noticed my TPMS light was on and found a nail in my tire. Another Pep Boys couldn’t help that day, but this location told me to bring it in, and luckily the tire was repairable. Jon was kind and reassuring, and Curtis was professional and friendly while repairing my tire. The customer service was excellent, and they got me taken care of quickly instead of leaving me stranded. I really appreciated the help and will definitely come back for future service. Thanks again!
