Friendly and professional service. New manager really treats you like family, tells you everything upfront no surprises.
The place is great and the service manager Rashad is exceptionally friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location. I went in 30 min before they close and they still helped me out !
I have been at this location in the past and been pleased with their service. This time both the front desk person and mechanic were rude, off standish and abrasive in their attitude during my visit. Even though it is close to my home, if I have the need for car maintenance again and decide to use Pep Boys, I will travel further to the location on Spring Creek and Alma. The two persons that I encounterred need training on how to care for their customers and simple characteristics of customer service.
