We made an appointment online to get 4 new tires on my husband's truck. We usually go to the other Pep Boys in Memphis, but the website said they only had 1 of the tires we needed, and another Pep Boys only had 3. The Collierville location had 4 available, according to the website. When we got there, Ramon was sitting at the front desk. First time using Pep Boys. 2020 Subaru Crosstrek had overheating issues. Took it in Saturday morning and problems were diagnosed within an hour. Car fixed and ready that afternoon. Price seemed reasonable. Will certainly use these guys again for issues beyond my abilities.
The guys here are always so helpful, patient, and have great attitudes. Ramon is always there to help with a smile!
