Decently nice guys but they either messed up my car or are incompetent. Got a new set of tires, and my car shook like crazy at highway speeds. Took it back to pep boys to rebalance and they warrantied out my brand new front two tires, rebalanced and it still drives terribly. Go anywhere else.
Worst customer service EVER! Not even a acknowledgement, if you hate your job this much please let someone else have it.
First impression is everything, man came from the back of the work room, sat at the desk, did not acknowledge the guest in the office, never asked if we been helped or anything. I made an appointment online. I waited at service desk for 15 minutes as he sat and watched tv and peaked on a computer, still never acknowledging me standing at the desk. Pep Boys Collierville did a great job! I was able to drop the car off for the service and pick it back up the same day.
Walked in to ask a question 8/2 and apparently nobody works the front desk. Left without even getting talked to.
