Pep Boys Collierville did a great job! I was able to drop the car off for the service and pick it back up the same day.
Walked in to ask a question 8/2 and apparently nobody works the front desk. Left without even getting talked to.
Needed service on my A/C for a work van. They got me in and had me ready the same day. Very pleased with the service. The two gentleman who helped me were very nice and helpful.
Professional customer service I got from Alan and the technician did a great job my car now runs one very well my check engine light came on and they took me in right away I trust this place I'll always do business here I even buy my tires there
The Google reviews must be fabricated because no way they have 4+ stars. Came here for convenience but they obviously took shortcuts to try & resolve my problem. They terribly overcharged initially to charge up my AC and put freeon in it, then a week later my same issue occurred and what seemed like should have been covered by the warranty from the initial visit was not at all covered.
