The guys were very helpful and fit me in on a tune up and oil change very quickly because I had to go out of town later that day even though they had other customers as well. No problems. Left my car there and they called me a couple hours later so I could pick it up after work was done. Very helpful staff. Thanks and well done!
Dissatisfied. They would not take my Toco warranty. I've had damage under my hood. This used to be the best and affordable car service in Collierville. They seem cater to those with pep boys credit cards or those willing to pay a lot. The only thing they did was let my car rest versus blowing up or catching on fire. Alan is always professional.
Mechanic ripping off my mother in law. Very unprofessional, should stay in communication with their clients to avoid any issues. Just horrible, do not recommend this shop or the mechanic Alan. Just go to your cars dealership at least there it is in hands of PROFESSIONALS!
