I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent service experience with my truck. During my visit, I reported that my truck was shaking while braking. I specifically requested an inspection of all four rotors. However, next day, after waiting for 40 minutes for inspection, I was informed that only the front rotors needed replacement. terrible experience, front desk guy was rude and unprofessional. I had to wait over 1 hour for appointment. I schedule appointment online at 12:30 and came in at 12:15 I left the shop close to 2:00 pm Will never come back to this shop
Great staff, fast service, and honest. Paul is awesome. Will continue to come back when I need service or need new tires. Highly recommend.
