Scheduled a Friday 9:30am appt for 2 tires on Monday. Arrived at 9:20 and gave them the keys and was told it would be ready in about an hour. Left and came back an hour later and car was still not taken in bay. When I asked about it was told they were taking it in now. An hour later I get an email about their inspection, I went and talked to them and told them to just put my two tires on and 15 minutes later it was outside waiting for me.
