In a very timely manor
They had an advertisement for A/C checks $9.99. When I get there for the appointment it’s almost $150. I feel lied to. They told me the price difference was because my vehicle takes the new Freon but I didn’t see that exclusion on the advertisement.
This shop is absolutely amazing. Not only could I trust them with my car for two days and the problem actually get fixed, but it was at a good price as well. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and made sure that I was aware of what was happening with my car and even told me when and why it was going to take them longer than initially planned. Pep boys will get all of my business from here on out and I cannot recommend them enough, definitely come here.
