The receptionist was pleasant, but the mechanic was absolute trash! Extremely rude and disrespectful, and not knowledgeable at all with what he claims to be able to do. I brought my truck in to have an AC compressor relay replaced, which he never replaced because he couldn’t find it. Great service. In and Out quickly.
Don’t even waste your time coming to this location because Google tells you that they close at 7 o’clock but yet their technicians are gone by five or six so what is the point of showing that you are open until seven? If you don’t have nobody to work on cars up until seven, Pep Boys, you need to change your time on Google!!
This location has great customer service and they take care of your needs with utmost diligence and attention. Called the store this morning to schedule 120 points inspection. Z the customer representative told me Saturday's are extremely busy and today is no exception either. She was able to accommodate me late afternoon. I was kept informed by text updates and I was promptly called by Andrew and Z about completion and my report was not completely showing up in the APP and Z mailed me the full copy right away.
