Classic bait and switch! Got an online quote from "Chris" to replace brake pads and rotors. After dropping off my truck for the repairs, was called by store manager "Joe" that the quote couldn't be honored and the cost would be double. Contacted customer service - they pulled the chat and confirmed the quote amount. They said made a mistake, "leaving a few services off" which drove up the cost. Went to get an oil change. I told the manager I want 5-30 oil viscosity. The manual of my car states that I can use this or synthetic. The manager refused to use 5-30 oil and said he will only use synthetic and he became very rude. I have changed my oil with 5-30 viscosity previously at this place when there was different manager and it was not a problem. I left this place went to Meineke and they changed my oil using 5-30 viscosity.
I wish i could give 0 stars. Before arriving at this store i spoke to customer service for over 20 minutes telling the year make model and engine size of my car before coming in for an oil change because i was paying cash and i wanted to know what it would cost me.I was told several times for my car because it was synthetic that it would be $49.99 plus tax. I would not recommend this place...they are very slow...went in for a brake job n it took 6 hours. Terrible. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Brought my car in for brakes yesterday. They were very noisy and Tech said rear brakes were the problem. Robert took me to the car and explained everything, he told me we could resurface the rear drums and save some money but I wanted new drums. I appreciate him trying to save me money but the price was fair and the service was great. Car is quiet again. Thanks

I called the store at 4:40 on a Sunday and some girl picked up and put me on hold for 25+ minutes until I eventually hung up. Called back and no one answered. Terrible customer service so you can say goodbye to my 100+ I was planning on spending there in thrush mufflers. ¿¿
