Had professional tire service installed
The new staff at this Pep Boys is awesome. Honestly I was hesitant to visit but they not only fixed my issue but they were courteous and fast. As a woman o have had many bad experiences getting car maintenance but these guys were nice and honest and I definitely come to them for all my car repairs.
Do your self a favor avoid this place . The problem with making a appointment they over book at the same time . Sat there was 10 people in the waiting room . All booked for 8 am . I waited until 930 . I finally said give me my keys . I am going somewhere else . Save your self the aggravation. Trust me .
I had to come in today for regular vehicle maintenance early this morning and was greeted by the Manager and all the other employees right away. I let them know of my appointment and they immediately started on my vehicle. I must say Thank you to Cedric and his team for having patience with me regarding the special needs my vehicle had. I Thank you for going out of your way to make the impossible POSSIBLE!!!! I will always return to you for service. Way To Go PepBoys at 325 Jonesboro Rd. Mc Donough!!!
