I've been coming to this Pep Boys in McDonough Jonesboro Road since 2009, and their services have been top-tier. Terry has amazing customer service; he always takes care of you and will not steer you wrong.

Visited this location twice. First time, I walked in and was told they were not able to take me in and I’d have to schedule an appointment. For the 2nd time, I scheduled an appointment on a day that was wide open online. Only to be told upon arrival that there are 17 cars in front of me. When asked how long the wait time would be, I was initially informed 2-3 hours. My first thought was, okay, I’ll just leave the vehicle and come back later. I came in at the very end of a Saturday with cords coming out of both of my rear tires and no other mode of transportation. I fully expected to be turned away with only 30 minutes left in their work day but Mark and Martin both stayed late and helped me in order to make sure I was taken care of and able to drive off in a car with safe tires. I will be forever grateful for this. 10/10 service. Thank you!
