Chris was professional and personable despite several challenges with scheduling when the call center gave me an appointment when they were already backed up (I saw all of the bays full and everyone working). He made sure I got the discount the call center gave me. The person who scheduled me was thorough but spoke such poor English that I couldn’t understand her.
Above and beyond the call of duty
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My wife picked up a nail in her 2 month old tires. When we took it to Pep Boys they inspected and said the interior of tire was destroyed and needed to be replaced. The said they would do a warranty replacement and we just had to pay for the balancing of tire. They completed the replacement in 30 minutes start to finish. The service was exceptional and exceed my expectations. I highly rescind using them.
These guys are great. They were very honest and fair with me. They explained the reasoning and logic behind the decisions and diagnosis. If I lived here these would be the only people I would go to.
Very knowledgeable and courteous.
