I have been a loyal customer at this location for several years, and I have always trusted the quality of service provided. However, my recent experience has raised serious concerns regarding both the quality of work and whether the technician servicing my vehicle is properly trained. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. it called to made an appointment two days prior to arriving.And when I arrived, they didn't have any information on my appointment. When I mentioned that, I gave all the information to another individual.The guy tyler at the front desk stated that he wasn't the person I spoke to, so I would need to give him the information again because he had no apt or infor for me in the most disrespectful tone. Needless to say I went to another place.

I had previously left a good review and its been awhile since I was here. I brought in my 1977 F150 and asked them to replace all rubber components and fix the leaky pinion seal. Paid over $5k. I was getting it ready for a 1500 mile trip. They put the wrong hoses on it the first time and it leaked everywhere. Took it back and they fixed it. Then I started my trip and the new pinion seal failed and leaked worse than the old one. Contacted them and was told I could only take it 500 miles to the nearest pep boys for repair.
