Came in to replace spare tire and less than an hour on our way
I made my appointment online. Was there 10 minutes before 10 AM which was my appointment time they said they were a little bit behind and that I had to wait. I said that was fine an hour later they still didn’t have my car inside the shop yet and a man came over and asked me Why are you still waiting?and I said I don’t know I’ve been waiting an hour now all together it was two hours for an alignment. they did give me 10% off discount for waiting and miscommunication between the technicians.
One call made, setup appointment and they finished the service lightening fast. Better price than ALL the quick oil change places in Prescott and Prescott Valley. THANK YOU,
