Always prompt service and excellent work.
Perhaps my fault, but I was expecting this location to be much like those in California. In CA, the pep boys stores have an auto parts section, tire section, accessories as well as oil change and tire service centers. Sadly, this was not the place to pick up standard auto maintenance items
Very thorough assessment of my 1998 vehicle. No pressure to get the work done. The service director, Jason, was very helpful and respectful of my timing to chose what would be the best course of action for me.
This is by far the best place to get your car taken care of. The guys are fantastic. They care about you and your vehicle. I will never go anywhere else.
Always great, professional service, no upcharging, or pushy sales people!
