Manager lied twice to me, don't go there
Usually have a good experience, but lately, simply I’ll say they are driven by the money they’ll get from you not really fixing the issue. They made me pay almost 500 dollars in inspections and all, just to say they can’t fix my issue. They kept my car all day just to squeeze that labor money out of me. Trust I won’t be back.
Upsold me on an air filter ($30 for a $5 part) when all I needed was an inspection for Lyft by lying and saying it was required for the inspection then took an hour and a half to put the new filter in Paid $55 and waited 2 hours total for about 5 minutes worth of work and $5 worth of parts, would not recommend
I got a flat tire in my Tesla on a long drive from NC to TX. Not many shops around here were open on Sunday and had the lift necessarily to change a flat tire on a Tesla. Fortunately, Patrick and this Pep Boys location were very accommodating. I was in and out quickly, and they saved my trip! Patrick especially was so friendly and prioritized that we'd be back on the road quickly.
The services were curtious and prompt.
