Professional Service at its Best in Montgomery Al
Would give ZERO stars if I could. I made an appointment for a tire repair at 12. My husband arrived at approximately 11:30. He sat around until almost 1. He was then told that they didn’t have time to do the work that day. I had to be at work at 2 so no time to go elsewhere. Extremely poor service. This was third time appointment wasn’t honored. Three strikes and I’m done either you. Got an email asking me did I want to reschedule since I had to cancel. Absolutely NOT!!!!
So thankful for Pepboys! We were traveling home to Ky from Dauphin Beach last Saturday and had a flat tire. Found Pepboys on line and called them late in the afternoon to see if they had a tire and they were wonderful. They not only had a tire but even though they were busy they were waiting on us when we arrived and were very quick about getting us back on the road.
